Bob has been to my house numerous times, revitalizing and repairing a variety of appliances including my gas range, gas dryer and dishwasher. Each time he was prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. Bob was also able to give advice on repairs or replacement options each time. Had reason to call Bob about a leaking dishwasher. He diagnosed the issue over the phone, provided advice on what the repair cost would be, recommended where to go to buy a new one as the repair including parts was going to almost as much and new one, and then did an amazing job of installing the new one. Awesome same day service!!  My elderly Mother had her fridge "die" and she was beside herself!  I call Windmill Appliance at 9am and left a message and within 1.5 hours He called and said He would be right over and fit us in as refrigerators are top priority.  What a pleasant knowledgeable man!  By 12pm He diagnosed the fridge, had the part available and the fridge was back up and running!!  My Mom was so pleased! I can't say enough about how good the service is. I contacted windmill for help with my fridge. I received a same day response. Before a service call was initiated I was asked for a video of the issue and the model number of my fridge. They got back to me with what I could try before a service call was initiated. This is the second time I have called Bob since I moved to Grimsby in 2021.  We needed a dishwasher installed and the old one taken out.  The trick was that the floor tiles were installed after the dishwasher and was a very tight fit.  He fit it perfectly!  Amazing work ethic, honest pricing, and great service.
